When putting together a TT Bodyweight Cardio circuit, I always use this order:
1) A fast, dynamic bodyweight exercise
2) A bodyweight squat
3) An easy pushup
4) A single-leg exercise
5) An upper back exercise
6) Another single-leg exercise
7) A total body ab exercise
8) Another total body, fast-paced exercise
You’ll follow this guideline in one giant circuit with no rest between exercises. Once you have completed the circuit, you’ll rest one minute before repeating this circuit 2-3 more times. If you are a beginner, go slow, take more rest, and do the circuit only one time per workout for the first week.
