It was an amazing weekend. One hundred and seventy-five men and women brought the energy, got in their flow, forgot their limits, and just kept go-go-going at this year’s 2013 TT Summit.
From the intense early morning bootcamps led by Certified Turbulence Trainers Mike Whitfield, Kate Vidulich and myself, to the body beating workout that I went through at the infamous FIT Gym in downtown San Diego, in TT Summit 2K13 you're getting backstage access to every EPIC workout that took place during this life changing weekend.
Here’s a look at how this fat shredding workout program breaks down…
Workout A:
TT Summit 2K13 Bootcamp Workout with Craig, Kate & Mikey
No matter if you’re lean and in-shape, this workout will make you sweat, and leave your muscles burning… at least that’s what the hundred or so personal trainers we had go through this workout were saying afterwards.
Heck, it even inspired a few hotel guests to exercise with us from their hotel rooms. If that’s not a motivational workout, I don’t know what is.
Workout B:
Kate & Mikey’s Resistance Revenge
You better bring your best for this workout. The first circuit alone, Kate’s “Accelerator Eights”, is a clever hybrid of barbell complexes and bodyweight exercises that will push you further than most resistance training programs ever have.
And you know this workout wouldn’t be complete without one of Mikey’s brutal bodyweight metabolic conditioning circuits to pound all your major muscle groups.
Add it up and you have the perfect recipe for an exceptional after-burn that sculpts lean muscle at the same time. Yes please.
Workout C:
FIT Athletic Meathead Ballantyne Workout
In the final Summit weekend workout, you’ll do the EXACT muscle Meathead workout that I did… and let me tell you, it’s one of the toughest Meathead workouts yet.
You’ll use a NEW training method that I call the “3xMax#” method. It’s 10 rounds of blitzing your chest and back. Be ready to get your pump on.
