Hotel Room Workout

The hotel room workout video looks a little silly, but it works for burning
calories and losing fat. And of course, its not like anyone can see you
doing a hotel room workout.
This video was shot in Sydney, Australia, after I spent about 10 days in New
Zealand. So I was travleing all over the place, but I was still able to stay
lean by keeping active and eating for fat burning.
I surfed in New Zealand, down in a city called Tauranga. The weather and
people were great, and we climbed up the little "mountain" they have there.
We also did a road trip to Hamilton, New Zealand, and another hike along a
beach...I can't remember the name of the place. I also spend one day walking
around Auckland.
When I got to Sydney, I did more surfing, and did a 4 hour walk around
Sydney in the rain. But it was still great! I even did a little bodyweight
workout at the Opera House.
So here is how you can do exercises in your hotel room when you are on the
road if you cant find a gym.
You can perform squats of any style: prisoner, Y, regular, siff. Push-ups,
you can do them on the bed, or use it for support.
We don’t have any bars to perform pull-ups so to stretch the upper back
perform a stick up. These exercises can be used as a warm-up and we have now
covered all the major muscle groups.
Now move onto the main exercises of the hotel room workout.
Using your bed perform a step-up, increase the intensity by performing a
deep step-up by dropping the leg that is not elevated.
We can perform a close grip push-up, or a wide grip push-up to work the
upper body.
Finally, the split squat, and good mornings can also be used to give the
legs a workout.
And to finish with some abdominal exercise you can do the spiderman climb on
the bed or one the floor. So there’s no excuse for not getting a workout in,
you can fit Turbulence Training in anytime, anywhere - even by doing a hotel
