Our Relationship with Food and How It Is Sabotaging our Weight Loss Goals
We as humans are creatures of habit and because of this we eat, even when we might not necessarily be hungry. So, in order to stop consuming all of these useless calories we need to start exploring our relationship with food.
When we are stressed we eat, when we feel sad or guilty we eat. We eat for a lot of reason, and most of the time, it's not because we are hungry. What this means, is an inordinate amount of unnecessary calories we are consuming on a daily basis.
