How Goals and the Media Can Sabotage our Fat Loss Results
In this video I attempt to explain the difference between outcome goals and process goals and why any person committed to fat loss needs to have these included in their workout and diet routine. Brad Pilon then steps in to share his thoughts on nutrition and our relationship with food.
No matter what it is you are trying to accomplish, it is absolutely essential you set out a number of goals to strive for. These can be both outcome goals and process goals.
Outcome goals include both our long term and short term objectives and can include things such as lose 20 pounds of fat or gain 10 pounds of muscle.
Process goals on the other hand, are the things we do to achieve our outcome goals and might include things such as; plan meals ahead of time, prepare meals on Sundays, drink 3 litres of water a day, or go for a hike after dinner.
