Workouts That Burn Fat

Everything you know about workouts that burn fat is wrong! Cardio is not the best way to lose your belly or shed the inches from your thighs. In fact, doing cardio could make it even harder for you to burn fat.

With my clients, we have been using the fat burning Turbulence Training workouts for years, and these fast workouts include both interval training and resistance training – now these are the two workouts that burn fat. Forget about slow cardio.

By doing resistance training supersets followed by 20 minutes of interval training, you will burn fat during the workout and after the workout.
