Plus, Dale was able to lose 21 pounds of ugly body fat in just 12 weeks, while losing 6 of those dangerous inches from his waist. By the end of the 12 week Turbulence Training Transformation Contest, he was down to a normal 33 inch waist. Now Dale is proud to be fit and forty, and has more energy for life, his wife, and his family than he has had in the past 20 years. Dale has vowed to be even fitter at 41 and will continue to loose fat with the Turbulence Training workouts.
