Fat burning recipes are essential for fat loss. After all, did you know that diet is more important than exercise for fat loss? That's the truth. You just can't out train a bad diet. And if you want to eat great while losing weight, you need amazing meals that you'll love to eat.
The first thing you need to do is find recipes that don't have added sugar. Added sugar is the enemy of fat loss. In fact, 9 out of every 10 clients I talk to who are struggling with fat loss are secretly consuming too much sugar.
So toss the breakfast cereals and consider starting your day with an omelet recipe that uses organic eggs, fresh vegetables, and is topped with no-sugar added salsa. Watch out for that ketchup, it contains sugar - so don't use it.

For your mid-morning snacks, you might not need a fancy fat burning recipe, and you can just snack on whole, natural foods such as raw nuts and fruits.
At lunch, that's when it is time for another one of your fat burning recipes. I truly believe that everyone should eat a big green salad every day for health and fat loss.
My favorite "big salad" recipe consists of spinach, tomatoes, red onion, black olives, avocado, broccoli, red peppers, black beans, and topped with salsa. That's an amazing salad and you can have some fruit for dessert.
That's a much healthier fat loss recipe than expecting to go to a fast food restaurant. After all, almost half of meals served at fast food joints add up to over 1000 calories, and that will destroy your fat burning progress.
In the afternoon, I recommend snacking on hummus and raw vegetables, or raw nuts, or fruit. I like to have mixed nuts and club soda. Makes me feel like I'm relaxing in a hotel bar with a drink and salted nuts, like I used to do when I was younger and traveling.

I'm a pretty simple guy when it comes to eating dinner, so if I eat meat, dinner usually is just meat and vegetables, and maybe a sweet potato sliced up and browned in olive oil. Or I might make vegan chili with wild rice if I don't want meat.
Simple filling dishes that make you forget about raiding the pantry late at night. And that's what you want to avoid - mindless eating. So make sure that you have fat burning recipes and fat loss rituals to help you avoid the sugar cravings at night.
